AVSAR has provided quality mentoring for various organizations over the years in diverse areas. Our training philosophy is simple and straight; training should extend beyond the classroom borders to holding hands and mentoring. It is more of knowledge management where technical leads and senior developers from the client's team are inducted into cutting edge technologies, to enable our clients develop complete SDLC solutions with our mentoring and support.

Spanning topics like application servers, OS specific multithreading issues, OOAD, 3G, network management and others, these programs are custom-built to very specific requirements. Delivered to software developers and architects by peers, these programs have proven highly effective in leveraging expertise in very specific areas.

This approach has enabled AVSAR clients develop a feeling of comfort with the technology and allowed us to provide mentoring and help on a continuous basis until the client can be on his own.

For instance our knowledge management team helped a team of AIT engineers as well as AIT clients; develop an enterprise distributed solution on WebSphere Application Server, an IBM flagship product for enterprise solutions. The program started with usual mentoring and training in advanced Java and Websphere to providing guidance all the way into design and implementation.

We provided training to engineers from TIS in RUP standards and object modeling and suggested an approach to EAI with their client's existing network management architecture.
