Yes, as the client you are free to assume complete control of your project. Clients who opt to manage their teams directly must assume a Time and Materials offshore pricing model at a fixed hourly rate.

What management tools are provided?

In addition to our large library of document templates and specification sheets, client's have full access to our online tools including communications systems, bug trackers, requirements management tools, and change order mechanisms.

Can we get an estimate before us start?
